Service Description

I handle the small details that complete your renovation, remodel, or move-in project. All punch work and finishing services are performed within Florida handyman guidelines — no electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, or structural work. Services include: • Wall and ceiling patching for minor drywall damage • Paint touch-ups and trim painting • Caulking around tubs, showers, windows, and countertops • Re-grouting tile and sealing joints • Installing or replacing baseboards, quarter-round, and molding • Hanging shelves, mirrors, blinds, and curtain rods • Installing door hardware, knobs, hinges, and interior latches • Adjusting or rehanging doors and cabinets for proper fit • Mounting TVs and wall décor to drywall or studs • Installing smoke detectors, plug-in lighting, and battery fixtures • Replacing air-return grilles, vent covers, and filters • Appliance placement, leveling, and plug-in setup using existing hookups • General punch-list cleanup and final detailing before inspection or move-in Note: Services do not include alteration or installation of electrical wiring, plumbing lines, gas connections, HVAC ducts, roofing, or structural elements.
