By booking services through Conexus Professional Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Work

​

Services provided include TV mounting, room-by-room painting, furniture assembly, and other light handyman tasks. Electrical, plumbing, structural, and specialty trade work requiring state licensure is not offered.

2. Service Area

​

We currently serve Jacksonville, FL, and surrounding neighborhoods. Requests outside this area may be declined or subject to additional travel fees.

3. Estimates & Pricing

​

Estimates are based on the details you provide. Final pricing may vary depending on job conditions. We reserve the right to update or revise a quote prior to starting work if circumstances change.

4. Customer Responsibilities

​

Clients must ensure:

​

• The work area is safe and accessible

• Wall mounting surfaces are structurally sound

• Pets or children are kept clear of the work zone

• Payment is provided at the time of service completion
   

5. Liability

​

We take care to protect your property, but are not liable for:

​

• Pre-existing wall damage or wiring behind mounting surfaces

• Paint adhesion issues due to surface conditions or prior coatings

• Delays due to weather, access restrictions, or customer scheduling changes
   

Conexus Professional Services is not responsible for any loss of data, equipment malfunction, or third-party product failure.

6. Right to Refuse Service

​

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion if unsafe conditions exist or the client engages in inappropriate or abusive behavior.
