Refund Policy
Effective Date: April 21, 2023
1. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. While no cancellation fee will be charged, frequent last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future service.
2. Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with the quality of our work. If there’s an issue with workmanship:

We will return to address and correct the issue at no extra charge, if notified within 7 days of the original service.

Refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Important Notes:

No refunds will be issued for materials or products purchased and used as part of the service, even if the issue is unrelated to those materials.

Refunds will not be provided for change-of-mind, client-supplied material defects, or issues caused by surface conditions, pre-existing damage, or misuse after service.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon service completion. Accepted methods include:

We do not currently accept credit cards or online invoicing. As a result, no automatic charges or cancellation fees will be applied.
