Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 21, 2023

1. Cancellations

​

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. While no cancellation fee will be charged, frequent last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future service.

2. Refunds

​

We want you to be satisfied with the quality of our work. If there’s an issue with workmanship:

​

  • We will return to address and correct the issue at no extra charge, if notified within 7 days of the original service.
     

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
     

Important Notes:
 

  • No refunds will be issued for materials or products purchased and used as part of the service, even if the issue is unrelated to those materials.
     

  • Refunds will not be provided for change-of-mind, client-supplied material defects, or issues caused by surface conditions, pre-existing damage, or misuse after service.
     

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon service completion. Accepted methods include:

  • Cash

  • Check

  • Venmo

  • Cash App

  • Apple Pay
     

We do not currently accept credit cards or online invoicing. As a result, no automatic charges or cancellation fees will be applied.
