Service Description

I provide appliance setup and connection services for homeowners who need help installing new or replacement appliances without the high cost of a licensed contractor. All work is performed within Florida handyman guidelines and does not involve alteration of plumbing, electrical, or gas systems. Services include: • Delivery and placement of appliances • Plug-in installation of washers, dryers, refrigerators, and ranges • Connection of washer hoses to existing water valves and drain outlets • Connection of refrigerator ice-maker lines to existing water valves • Replacement or conversion of dryer and range power cords (3-prong ↔ 4-prong) • Mounting of countertop and over-the-range microwaves (using existing outlets and brackets) • Leveling and balancing of washers, dryers, and refrigerators • Testing for proper operation and checking for leaks or vibration • Haul-away and disposal of old appliances Note: I do not alter or install plumbing, gas, or electrical systems. All connections are made only to existing hookups.
